OneCity's Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Friday, February 7, 2025, from 6:30 to 8:30pm.
We're offering two ways to participate: in-person at the Ukrainian Orthodox Centre (154 E 10th Ave) or online via Zoom. You won't want to miss this AGM. We're going to welcome our by-election council candidate and gear up to run a winning campaign.
Participation in the AGM is exclusive to OneCity members. New members who join within 30 days of the AGM are welcome to participate but won't be able to vote. Join here!

Time: 6:30 - 8:30pm; Doors open for snacks and refreshments at 6pm
In-person venue: Ukrainian Orthodox Centre of the Holy Trinity Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral, 154 E 10th Ave
Remote participation: Zoom link will be emailed to registrants before the event
Accessibility Information
- The main Orthodox Centre is ground-level accessible by double-doors parallel to the sidewalk. There are no curbs or steps required to enter the facility.
- There are gendered washrooms by the facility's entrance. OneCity has an exclusive rental of the entire facility for the evening and encourage people to use whichever washroom is available and best suites your gender identity.
- There is a ground-level kitchen directly adjacent to the Orthodox Centre with refrigerators, sink, water, and hand washing station.
- There will be a range of nut-free, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan snacks and refreshments available. AGM attendees are encouraged to bring their own reusable plates, cutlery, and water bottles. We will have compostable cutlery and serving ware.
- For those Zooming in, live captioning will be activated and will be accessible from your home computer.
- This is an all-ages event. Children are welcome!
- OneCity will work to make ASL interpretation available to in-person attendees.
