We welcome Pete Fry to the race.

Our Councillor, Lucy, has been a strong and constructive colleague to both Pete and Sean Orr.

In that same spirit — and with the shared goal of defeating Ken Sim and ABC — we have been participating in “unity talks” with COPE and the Greens. These discussions are focused on unifying around a single mayoral candidate and a disciplined approach to the other races, without limiting each party's ability to pursue its own priorities.

OneCity has been consistently present at the Unity Talks table since the beginning and is pushing them toward a resolution as quickly as possible. Because this is what people in Vancouver want. After 4 years of Ken Sim and the ABC, we are hearing over and over again that they want leadership that brings people together and takes the job seriously. That is our mandate.

We are committed to remaining at the table, and we’re prepared to defeat Ken Sim and stop his harm on our city.
