Members of OneCity are invited to join us either in-person at Russian Hall or online for our Annual General Meeting on December 1, 2022 at 7PM.
Hear from our elected officials and directors, receive financial statements, and elect new executives and organizing committee members. You can vote as a member either online or in-person. After the formal meeting, stay and connect with fellow members over tea and treats.

Eligibility Information:
All members are welcome to attend in-person or virtually.
You are eligible to vote if you have been a member since Tuesday, November 1, 2022.
You are eligible to run for a director role on our Organizing Committee and Executive if you have been a member since Tuesday. September 2, 2022. If you'd like to seek a nomination, please email [email protected] before November 10.
With over 1300 members, we are not able to find a venue that can accommodate all of us. In-person attendance at the Russian Hall is first come, first serve. If you are not able to attend, or if tickets to the in-person AGM are sold out, please join us via Zoom.
Accessibility Notes: There is a wheelchair ramp to the main entrance, a wheelchair lift to access the Downstairs Hall, and a wheelchair accessible washroom by the Downstairs Hall. Please note that masking will not be required at the indoors venue; if you are concerned about exposure risks, please join the Zoom option.
