Join us on August 4, 2024, as we march in the Vancouver Pride Parade to stand up for love, equality, and justice for all. We have 30 spots available for members and volunteers who are ready to show their pride and support for a more inclusive and progressive city.
In a time of growing hostility toward 2SLGBTQ people, we recognize that homophobia and transphobia were brought here through colonization and that the fight against these forms of oppression requires reconciliation and day-to-day actions.
The work OneCity does is deeply informed by the wisdom and intelligence of Two-Spirit people and LGBTQ elders who’ve fought for dignity and safety during a tumultuous century of changing norms and laws. We hold our hands up to thank them for their brilliance, resilience, patience, and strength.
Join us as we come together in solidarity, pride, and celebration. Please register with us before July 29; if more than 30 people sign up to march, we will prioritize members of the 2SLGBTQ community.
